From Signed to More Leads
in 12 Weeks
Here's what you can expect with the Summer Camp Launchpad Package, stage by stage.
The CampAds Launchpad Model
Five Stages, Three Months
One goal: more of the right families finding your camp. Here's the road from contract to results and what we're building along the way.
The same five stages for nonprofit and for-profit camps. Steps marked for nonprofits apply to the Google Ad Grant only.
Week 1
1. The Camp Tour
We get to know you: your camp, your families, your goals, and your accounts.
Agreement signed and you're officially a CampAds partner. We build on what you shared in the intro questionnaire and on our first call (your enrollment goals, geographic draw, target camper ages, and what makes your camp unique), then schedule a kickoff call to align on priorities.
On the technical side: Google Ads account access is granted (or a new account created), and for nonprofit camps, your 501(c)(3) status and grant eligibility are confirmed.
Weeks 1-2
2. Gear Check
We audit your Google Ads, Analytics, tracking, and website to find what's working and what's missing.
We document every keyword, campaign, ad group, and conversion path, review your enrollment landing page for conversion gaps, and record your account's baseline: current structure, historical spend, and performance benchmarks.
Weeks 2-3
3. Opening Day
Based on your information, data, and our audit, we build your campaign structure, ad copy, and conversion tracking. Ads go live.
We build your bespoke strategy: keyword themes, geographic targeting, budget pacing, and enrollment-specific conversion goals. That strategy comes back to your team for review and sign-off before we rebuild the account. New ad copy is shared for review and can go live while you look it over.
Once aligned, we rebuild: campaigns restructured, ad copy written, negative keywords added, conversion tracking verified or implemented.
Weeks 3-10
4. In Session
We manage and optimize with monthly reports and calls every two weeks.
Campaigns are live. This is where the real work happens. We monitor performance daily, review search term reports weekly, add relevant new keywords, and scrub irrelevant traffic with negative terms. Ad copy A/B testing kicks off. Bid strategies are refined as early signals come in.
Monthly reports aren't data dumps. We walk through every metric with context: what's performing, what we've already adjusted, and what comes next. And you won't hear silence in between. If something notable surfaces (a performance spike, unusual spend, or a new opportunity) we reach out proactively.

Weeks 11-12
5. Closing Campfire
We refine, review the results with you, and decide together what comes next.
Optimization continues, compounding on what the monthly reports surfaced: budget shifts toward proven winners, weak keywords get cut, and ad testing keeps running. Meanwhile we prepare your final performance report, a clear summary of what was built, what changed, and the results across the full engagement.
Then, if you wish to take Google Ads management in-house, your team gets trained. A walkthrough session plus written handoff documentation show exactly what it takes to maintain performance and, for nonprofit camps, grant status. The account, and everything we built in it, is yours to keep. If you'd prefer to focus on your camp and have CampAds manage your Google Ads account, you'll continue with Month-to-Month Optimization under a new agreement, with no long-term commitment.
After the Launchpad, the choice is yours.
Take Google Ads management in-house using the team training and handoff documentation. Or, stay focused on running your camp, and let CampAds handle your lead generation with Month-to-Month Optimization, at $1,500 a month.
If you continue with CampAds, here's what that looks like:
